1) Legs burn.
2) Feet hurt.
3) Back is stiff.
4) Finger bit.
5) Total tiredness is had.

Morning Burst

1) Goals are good.
2) Following through with your goals is better.
3) Having someone keep you accountable is key.
4) Sometimes it would be nice is someone else kept track of everything.
5) You almost always have to have money to do stuff on a competitive level...it's stupid.
